The ideal time for a newborn shoot is up-to four weeks old. I recommend once you know your due date to book in an estimated appointment. Of course, babies are unpredictable and I will work with you if you have a surprise early appearance or a baby that wants to stay in a little longer. This guarantees a shoot date within that four-week window.
The shoot lasts for one and a half hours (in studio or at home) giving you plenty of time to feed and settle your baby and time for you to settle in also. This helps to create a relaxed and stress free environment for all.

Bump shoot: A lovely record of the beautiful time in your life before your baby arrives. The shoot can be in my studio or an agreed location.

This shoot is for babies from one-month old right up to two years. This can be a studio shoot or an in home shoot in your favourite location in the house, the babies nursery, your bedroom, the living room, garden etc.
We discuss at the booking stage the age of your baby and whether they would best suit a studio shoot or in home shoot.

Family portrait sessions are great as they are relaxed and fun for all the family and whether on location or in the studio it’s a lovely record of happy times as a family and memories shared by all.
Locations shoots are available in Hertfordshire and Essex (I can travel further for an extra fee). On booking we discuss possible locations.

This shoot captures the special milestone Birthday your little one is approaching, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd!
It’s a fun and relaxed shoot and lead by your little one and helps record an irreplaceable time in their life and yours. Who doesn’t love celebrating with cake after all!
The shoot lasts for half an hour in studio, which gives us plenty of time to get all the wonderful shots and is not too long so we keep your little one engaged and excited.
